​The appointment with Pir Sahib is strictly through a token, issued through our Mobile Token Issuance Application that is available with our token issuance agents at Astana and the tokens are issued on first come first serve basis. Depending on the token number, you may or may not have your turn on the same day. Tokens start every Friday morning and end at 12 pm on Sunday. No priority is given to any visitor no matter how far they had to travel to arrive at Astana as everybody is treated equally.
