Full name, phone / WhatsApp number, and optional email; country, requested service, and a message about your concern; your consent that the request is for free spiritual guidance. We do not ask for payment card details on this site. Browsing this static website does not create an account.
How the form is sent
Form submissions are processed by FormSubmit.co and delivered to patriatashareefuk@gmail.com. FormSubmit provides a captcha to reduce spam. Do not include highly sensitive medical records in the public form.
Why we use this information
We use submitted details only to respond to appointment or guidance requests, confirm visits, and follow up on WhatsApp, phone, or email. We do not sell visitor data.
How long we keep it
Emails are kept in the Astana inbox as long as needed to handle your request and any later follow-up, then deleted or archived in the ordinary course of mailbox management.
Your choices
You can email us to ask what we hold about a recent form message, or to request that we delete that correspondence where we are able to do so. You may also contact us only by WhatsApp or phone and skip the form.
