Token System

Every visitor receives a token number upon arrival and waits their turn accordingly — this keeps the process fair and organised, even during busy visiting days.

Minimum 6 Visits

For complete treatment, every follower is generally advised to attend a minimum of 6 visiting days, In Sha Allah.

UK Live Session

A weekly Zoom / Facebook Live session is held on Saturdays at 2:00 PM (UK time). Full details are on the UK Astana guide.

Visitor Guidelines

Wudhu

Arrive in a state of wudhu wherever possible.

Modest Dress

Sisters should observe appropriate hijaab.

Five Daily Prayers

Be regular with Salah before starting treatment.

Patience

Crowds are common — please be patient while waiting for your token.
