Patriata Shareef Astana has opened about 20 years ago after the number of mureeds and patients willing to meet Pir Azmat sahib was significantly increased. Currently, about 6000-7000 people visit Astana every week. All visitors are not only getting free treatment but Astana management is also providing them accommodation and food absolutely free during their stay. Astana management is working hard with the cooperation of donors and major construction work is in progress to accommodate the increasing number of visitors.
